Testing and Assessment FAQs
What tests are required as part of the program?
Students who are enrolled in Digital Academy of Florida (DAOF) are required to take the following tests:
- Lesson assessments
- Unit assessments
- Semester assessments
- Diagnostic and formative assessments to measure growth and mastery of grade-level standards at the beginning, middle, and end of the school year.
Will my child have to participate in state testing?
All students enrolled in DAOF are required to participate in ALL district and state testing. These assessments are mandatory for all public school students in Florida, as outlined by state law.
